Celebrating Every Journey is an industry-wide ambassador programme and network designed to recognise, amplify, and connect the people shaping the future of road transport.

Built around four core pillars, the programme brings together ambassadors from across the industry to share stories, champion progress, and spotlight the journeys that often go unseen. From leadership and innovation to wellbeing, inclusion, and future talent, CEJ exists to reflect the full spectrum of people, roles, and experiences that keep the industry moving.

Through this network, ambassadors become advocates for positive change, collaboration, and representation, helping to build a more connected, forward-thinking, and human industry for everyone.

The automotive and transport sector has long been male centred. Driven By Her, proudly chaired and sponsored by Women in Transport, exists to change that by celebrating the women shaping its future.

From technicians and drivers to engineers, founders and marketers, this pillar highlights women leading through skill, ambition and example, wherever they sit in the business.

Through real stories and lived experience, Driven By Her aims to inspire more women to enter, stay, and thrive within the automotive and transport sector.

For many LGBTQ+ professionals, feeling genuinely safe and valued at work is still not a given. Proudly On Board exists to amplify underrepresented voices, celebrate positive role models, and support organisations in building environments where authenticity is encouraged, not hidden.
