Built around four core pillars, the programme brings together ambassadors from across the industry to share stories, champion progress, and spotlight the journeys that often go unseen. From leadership and innovation to wellbeing, inclusion, and future talent, CEJ exists to reflect the full spectrum of people, roles, and experiences that keep the industry moving.

Through this network, ambassadors become advocates for positive change, collaboration, and representation, helping to build a more connected, forward-thinking, and human industry for everyone.

Through real stories and lived experience, Driven By Her aims to inspire more women to enter, stay, and thrive within the automotive and transport sector.
