London, 12th April: Next week (18th to 20th April at the NEC Birmingham) sees the return of the 2023 Commercial Vehicle Show and the atmosphere is building for the industry's largest and most established road transport show. With new vehicles, emerging technologies and the opportunity to connect with key decision makers, the Show is set to offer visitors the complete package for growing and optimising their commercial vehicle operations.

Covering the breadth and depth of the road transport sector, the Show will once again offer an unrivalled range of products and services for operators across the entire industry. Visitors will be able to see the latest new products on display as well as plan the future of their business with advice from exclusive live theatre presentations.

Trucks, vans, pick-ups and new products galore
New for 2023 is a dedicated Truck Zone, which will feature the latest vehicles from Mercedes-Benz Trucks, Scania, Iveco, Renault Trucks, Volta Trucks and HVS. Located in Hall 5, the new zone provides an exciting insight into the future of heavy vehicle operations, featuring units powered by gas, electric and hydrogen.

Once again, there will be a large number of LCV manufacturers exhibiting at the Show, with new models on display from Ford, Isuzu, Iveco, Maxus and Nissan. New manufacturer B-On will also have a large display of last-mile electric delivery vehicles to offer showgoers.

As always, there will be a host of new products and solutions being launched and displayed at the Show. So far, there have been confirmed launches from Fischer Panda, Motormax, Parksafe, ProtectaVan and TVL Security, with more announcements expected in coming days.

Live Theatres continue to grow
A highly popular aspect of the Show in recent years has been the growing Live Theatre Programme, which will again offer a packed schedule of presentations across two stages on all three days.

In Hall 5, the Road Ahead Theatre will cover the future of the road transport industry, with key speakers from the SMMT, RHA and Iveco, along with sessions covering decarbonisation, van crime, driver safety, telematics and more.

Meanwhile, in Hall 4, the Workshop Theatre – presented in partnership with Commercial Vehicle Workshop – will provide a wealth of priceless, in-depth engineering expertise. Presentations will include battery technology, driver assistance systems, repair certification and much more.

Sales and marketing manager, Tim Mustin, said: “We’re delighted to present the best range of exhibitors at the Commercial Vehicle Show in years, which underlines the Show’s importance to the road transport industry and the value to both exhibitors and visitors.

“Businesses can make all their annual purchasing decisions in one place in the halls of the UK’s top exhibition venue.”
