The SMMT Type Approval seminars at the CV Show got off to a "very good start," according to Technical Manager Colin Wilde.  Both the morning and afternoon sessions had some 20 delegate, all showing a "great deal of intelligent interest" in Whole Vehicle Type Approval.  "This issue will bring the biggest change to the UK bodybuilding industry in a generation or two," said Nigel Base, the SMMT's recently appointed Commercial Vehicle Development Manager.  "It is very encouraging to see so many people taking the subject seriously and finding out about Senta, the SMMT's on-line Type Approval guidance service, which forms the basis of Colin's presentation.
