Prepaid Traffic Tickets, LLC in San Diego, California,has launched what it calls a "Pre-Emptive Strike in the battle against traffic tickets".  The firm, at www.prepaidtraffictickets.com offers prepaid vouchers, "redeemable to help defray the costs of ever more expensive speeding tickets."  Founder Keith Kelly says he got the idea from a 'Get-Out-of-Jail-Free' card while playing Monopoly.  Vouchers come in varying denominations, from $50 to $200, with validity periods from 60 days to as long as six months.  Prices range from under $10 up to $80 for the higher value, longer validity vouchers. One of the most popular is redeemable for $100, valid for two months and priced at $13.33.  "We see these vouchers as a means of communicating the all-important message of safe driving."
