Yorkshire truck operator Tom Moorhouse & Son Ltd has replaced 12 Daf XF95s with 13 Daf XF105s, rated at 460bhp.  Josie Galloway, financial director, who runs the 123-year old firm with her brother, managing director Chris Moorhouse, said that the fuel performance of the 95s, each doing 500,000 miles, made the 105 a natural successor.  Moorhouse has gone for AS-tronic automated transmissions again, also based on good experience in the Daf 95s.  The new trucks are fully vinyl-wrapped in a new version of Moorhouse's traditional red livery with white coach lining.
