Q How do I register to take part in the Live Theatres?
A All visitors who register for Commercial Vehicle Show 2020 are automatically registered to attend the Live Theatres. Both are free to attend. You can register to attend the Show by clicking here.
Q Am I able to book attendance at individual sessions?
A Attendance at each session of Live Theatres is on a “first come, first served” basis, so it is not possible to book places for individual sessions. You simply turn up and attend a particular session.
Q Where will the Live Theatres take place in relation to the exhibition?
A Commercial Vehicles Show 2020 will take place in Halls 3A, 4 & 5 at the NEXC Birmingham. The Live Theatres will take place in dedicated areas in each of the three halls:
- Future Transport in association with Motor Transport – Hall 4, stand 4G34
- Workshop Theatre in association with Commercial Vehicle Workshop – Hall 4, stand 4D95
- Clean Air Theatre in association with Commercial GreenFleet – Hall 3A, stand 3C27
Q Do I have to attend sessions in just one Live Theatre or can I mix and match?
A Visitors to Commercial Vehicle Show 2020 are free to choose how many Live Theatre sessions they attend and can mix and match between them. Many visitors will want to allow time both to participate in the Live Theatre programme and to walk around the indoor and outdoor exhibition space.
Q Is the Live Theatre programme from day one repeated on days two and three?
A No – there are different programmes across each of the three Live Theatres on all three days of the Show. Again, the programme detailed on the website will allow you to tailor the sessions to your requirements/itinerary.
Q Can I attend the Commercial Vehicle Show 2020 and the Live Theatres on any day or all three days?
A Yes – you can come on any days to suit your plans and it is completely free!
Q Where can I find out more about the speakers?
A There will be dedicated section on this website which lists all the speakers who are taking part in the Live Theatres. Keep an eye out on this section, and the programme as new speakers will be progressively added as and when they are confirmed.
Q When will the Live Theatre programme be finalised?
A Most of the programme has now been finalised. However, additional speakers will continue to be added as they are finalised before the Show. If there are any changes to the programme, they will be updated on the website.
Q How can I get regular updates in the run up to Commercial Vehicle Show 2020?
A When you complete the online registration to attend Commercial Vehicle Show 2020, you have the option to received regular updates by email on all aspects of the event, including the Live Theatres.
