Moving Off Information System (MOIS) is a pedestrian and cyclist movement monitoring system. Its main function is to alert the driver in real-time based on object recognition when pedestrians or cyclists appear in the vehicle's front blind spot, protecting vulnerable road users.
Blind Spot Information System (BSIS) should inform the driver through optical signals when the vehicle is about to turn, alerting them that nearby cyclists may be in danger, so that the vehicle can stop before crossing the cyclist's path.
R158 sets the minimum technical requirements for reversing devices on M and N category vehicles, as well as for rear visibility and detection by drivers when reversing.
